Meeting in Ghana with PI Leaders
It was such a privilege to meet in Ghana with the other PI leaders from around the world in-person (especially after Covid restrictions) and discuss what is taking place around the globe. Some of the highlights of this trip included:
1. Visiting the growing Pioneers Africa office
(This is an amazing facility, that when completed, will be able to accommodate 120 people for missionary training and conferences)
2. Connecting with many of the other Pioneers International directors
(There are currently 17 bases and offices around the world)
(It is exciting to see mission mobilisation taking place from more and more places, especially the global south)
3. Meeting some faithful brothers and sisters who are doing amazing work in difficult places
(These brothers are coordinating a vibrant village missionary/evangelist network in Northern Africa which is bearing much fruit)
4. Enjoying Ghanaian hospitality
(Ruth was helping look after us during our meetings)
It was certainly an encouraging and inspirational time to hear about what God is doing in some of the most remote reaches of the world and it has given us some fresh opportunities at Pioneers NZ as to how we might help Kiwis step into God’s amazing, global mission story.
Thank you for your prayers for us during this time.
